REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days from the date of the cancellation request depending on the product/service, subject to receipt of the refund from the respective service provider or company.
If the payment was made via a valid credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. For payments made through other modes, the refund will be processed via IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or cheque within 5-7 days from the cancellation date.
Please note that all refunds are contingent upon the processing timelines of the respective service provider or company.
We function solely as a facilitator of services and are not responsible for any delays, deficiencies, disputes, or changes in the services provided by third-party vendors. This includes delays or failures in refund processing for payments made to such providers.
